Brooklyn Park MN Custom Four Season Porch and Deck
Custom Four Season Porch and Deck Brooklyn Park MN
Are you trying to maximize the use of your deck through the seasons? Then a four season porch would be a good option to explore. This type of porch gives you the best of both worlds. It provides protection from the sun and mosquitoes, allowing you to enjoy deck time both in the daytime and at night all year long. It’s also a great way to add valuable and usable square footage to your home. And that’s always a good thing!
A four-season porch is heated and insulated just like any other room in your home. These porches typically feature 180 degrees or more of windows so that you can enjoy the outdoors from a climate-controlled room.
In the warm months, the porch provides a place to enjoy cool breezes, sunsets, flowers and trees. In the colder months, your insulated closed-in porch keeps the heat in and gives you a cozy room for entertaining, reading, or my personal favorite… spending lazy Saturday afternoons doing nothing at all!
Four Season Porch and Deck Brooklyn Park Minnesota
We just finished another great four season porch and composite deck in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. We just love giving homeowners more space to enjoy in their homes. These homeowners wanted a unique space that they could use as a retreat to relax in and enjoy.
We built a four season porch with a sliding glass door that leads to a composite deck. The deck was built using beautiful ultra low maintenance AZEK decking and Trex railing. We also wrapped the support posts under the porch using composite materials to give them a more finished look. This helps make the support posts look more like a part of the architecture and design of the porch instead of just a support post that is an eyesore.
Our Creative and talented carpenters were able to give these homeowners a new four season porch and deck space that they love and will be able to enjoy for many years to come. If you are thinking of adding a new porch or deck onto your home, there’s no better time than NOW!
Find out for yourself how a beautiful new addition that’s full of natural sunlight and boasts a wide, open view can create a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing space in your home that will be your favorite room in the house. Check out our Gallery!

If you’ve been putting off those projects, replacement contractors, remodelers, and other home improvement and home service pros have busier schedules in 2013. Many companies entered the summer with a backlog of jobs, which is something most haven’t seen in the past few years. So, it’s a good idea for people to start planning their projects now. Demand for home remodeling services is high. Their schedules fill up fast and most operate on a first come, first serve basis.
